Wow, it's been quite a while since I've posted something here
Anyway, I did get accepted to Fanime which is great, but things are pretty darn slow this year.
I just hope we all get enough time to set the table, last year was a disaster.
So, some of you guys already know that I create this comic called the Z-Files and I sell them at conventions.
Since I had the 7th volume out last year, bringing all of those books is starting to get difficult, so I thought hey,
I can just start posting new episodes online. Once I have enough episodes I might make them into a new volume.
I tried going online to look for a good way to post comics online and tumbler seemed to be a good choice
but I quickly hit the wall when I got all confused with hyper links and what-not. If I can take some course or if
someone gave me a one-on-one crash course I might be able to make it. I did read through some instructions, I did try
posting stuff, but the whole hyper-link thingy and putting the pages in order just not seem to work.
Well in other words I'm just to dumb!
I was able to gain information about this thing called Tapastic, they looked good, I haven't created an account or anything
but it seemed easier than Tumbler. I might be wrong though!
.....and now I'm thinking of creating a separate deviantart account and posting my comics there.
I am familiar enough with deviantart, it might be the best choice for me, at least for now.
I get the feeling compared to Tapastic, posting comics on deviantart might look less professional, but I get the feeling
it's easier to read through since all you need to do is go to "browse gallery" and click on whichever page you want.
But again, I might be wrong.
I'll need to think about this more. Since I don't want to disappoint the nice people who has bought the comics every year,
I do want something ready by Fanime,at least a few new episodes/chapters.
I guess I'll be searching online more for "online comics for dummies."
So what do you people think, do you think the deviantart site format is OK for posting comics? Is it easy/hard to read?
What to do, what to do......
