Wow, so when was the last time I wrote something here on Deviantart.
Yes, I am still alive.

I am in the states now and I am in the middle of Fanime, the convention
in San Jose. I drew some new images and also have a new volume
for my comic book.

The second day went pretty good, a lot of people came to my table.
Makes me happy when people see that I have a new volume out,
and they thank me for that.

I also joined this dinner at a nice hotel with 20-something
artists who all joined the anime angel project.

I guess putting a book together is not that hard,
but getting it out there where people can see it,
getting exposure is the hard part and I know that all to well.

By the way I ate waaaaaaaaaaaay to much at the restaurant.
Great bread ( it's so darn good with the olive oil and valsamic vinegar!!!),
great spinach salad with beacon bits, mushrooms and nuts, great pasta and
great desert!!!!!
I ate all of these wearing my kimono. 4 years ago when I first started  wearing them,
I couldn't eat at all because I felt the kimono was so tight.

Now? Meh, no problem at all, I can eat like a pig.
Just the matter of getting used to it, huh.
